The Read Arrives First
(reel / face camera)
Spoken transcript
You felt it before you could explain it. Bad group, don’t engage — and you couldn’t point to one single thing they did wrong, so you talked yourself right out of it. That’s the mistake. The read not having words yet is not a weakness of the read. That is how the read works. It’s your intuition — you feel something, you don’t know what it is, but you know. And here’s what kills it every time: the benefit-of-the-doubt habit. You think you’re supposed to give them a pass. Or you think they’re better than you. Or you think, that’s just how they are. Three different overrides, same result — you let trash walk right in. And I’ll say it plain because the plainness is the point: some people are trash. It’s not you. It’s them. They have to go through the recycling plant to become better people. The read came to you first, before they could manage how they look. The benefit of the doubt got installed in you later. So when those two fight, the read wins. Honor it. Don’t confront, don’t lecture, don’t stay to win. Just go the other way — because you love yourself too much to sit through the BS. Enter The Square.
Long description
The superpower is the read — you can call things when you see them and not always know why, and that wordless feeling is the highest-quality data you’ve got, because it landed before the person could manage how they look. Reading people is the base of the pyramid: the whole system meeting one human being. The read arrives first, before the reasoning. The benefit-of-the-doubt habit overrides it — and so do “they’re better than me” and “that’s just how they are.” Every one of those got installed; the read occurred to you first. You usually only let trash in because of a gap in self-worth, which is why this lands right back on the Square. Honor the read: don’t engage, go the other way. When was the last time you overrode a read and paid for it? Drop it below. The mapped version is the Signal Read, off-air on the Zoom. Enter The Square.

Why You Talk Yourself Out Of A Bad Read (And What It Costs You)
(main upload)
Spoken transcript
Welcome to Oracle Radio. Three questions. Why did you feel something was off about that person before they did a single thing? Why, when your gut says bad group, do you talk yourself right back into it? And why do the people who lose ten, twenty years to the wrong person almost always say the same thing — I knew on day one? Same root underneath all three. Stay with me. There’s a reason you let the wrong ones in, and it is not the reason you think. It’s not that you misread them. Hold that — I’ll bring it back at the end. Today: reading people. This is the base of the whole pyramid — the widest part — because it’s the entire system finally meeting one actual human being standing in front of you. And the whole thing rests on one capacity, so let me name it plain. The superpower is psychic ability. You can call things when you see them — that’s good news, that’s bad news, this is good, that’s off — and you don’t know why. You just feel it. You can’t even always tell that it’s something you feel. That is your intuition. That’s the thing that goes, yeah, that’s a bad group, I do not care to engage. Point one. The read arrives first. When a person or a group comes into your range, something in you registers it immediately — bad group, don’t engage — and that registration lands before any reasoning. Before you could explain it. Before you could point to one thing they did wrong. The read is first; the reasoning, if it ever shows up, comes second. And here’s the trap this whole tier exists to fix: most people throw the read away precisely because the reasoning hasn’t shown up yet. I don’t have a reason, so I shouldn’t act on it. That’s backwards. The read not having words yet is not a weakness of the read. That’s just how it works. You feel something, you don’t know what it is, but you know. That knowing is data — the highest-quality data you’ll ever get on a person, because it came in before they had a chance to manage how they look. Same engine as the filter: nine times out of ten it occurs to you first. Point two. So what kills it? A habit. And the work names the three exactly. You think you’re supposed to give people the benefit of the doubt. You might think they’re better than you. Or you might think, that’s just the way they are. Three different doors, same room — the read gets discarded and you engage anyway. And the correction is blunt, on purpose, because the bluntness is the teaching: no. Some of these people are bat crazy. Some people are trash straight out. You probably don’t know it, because of those three habits, but they’re trash — they have to go through the recycling plant to become better people. It’s not you. It’s them. And notice why the override feels so right: benefit of the doubt feels like being a good person. Thinking somebody’s better than you feels like humility. That’s just how they are feels like tolerance. But every one of those got installed in you — it did not occur to you first. The read occurred to you first. So the habit fails its own test. Point three. The read isn’t finished until you act on it — and honoring the read means, simply, don’t engage. Not confront. Not lecture. Not fix them. Not call them out and stay to win the argument. Don’t engage. When you feel the disingenuousness, the irrationality, the behavior that leaves you no room to move and no room to talk — it’s easy enough to cross it off and go the other way. And here’s exactly why it’s easy: because you give a damn about yourself. You love yourself too much to sit through the BS. And know how trash actually operates, because the stakes are real: manipulative people don’t wait for you, they seek. They go looking for who they can pull into their little systems, and it starts with a medium — a phone, an inbox, a group you were both in, a video you commented under. Next thing you know it’s five, ten, twenty years gone with nothing to show. The read at the front door is the cheapest defense you will ever have. So here’s the reason I held back — the real reason you let trash in. It’s almost never bad judgment about them. Psychologically you were right; you can sit there going, how does nobody see this person is horrible — and you’re correct. The reason you let them in anyway is a gap in self-worth. A quiet sense that you don’t have the standing to act on your own read. Which is why this lands right back on the Square: a person who’s anchored doesn’t need a courtroom-grade reason to decline a bad group. The read is enough, because they trust themselves enough to let it be enough. And one body cue that does double work — hold your head up a little higher. The stuff you don’t like stops happening so much. People don’t test you as often. On-air, that’s the training. The mapped read — your actual chart, your actual patterns, where you keep overriding — that’s the Signal Read, off-air, on the Zoom. And next: once you can read a person, the question becomes what you let into your world at all. That’s the Bubble. Don’t go anywhere. Enter The Square.

Some People Are Trash
Spoken transcript

HookNotice you felt it before they did anything.

MiddleBad group, don’t engage — but no proof yet, so you handed them the benefit of the doubt and let them in. The read came to you first. The benefit of the doubt got installed in you later.

CloseA lot of people aren’t misreading others. They just don’t trust the read — and that’s a self-worth thing, not a judgment thing.

Instagram Live — full spoken script
Tally on / cold open
Live on Oracle Radio. Drop a one if the signal’s clean. Today — reading people, and the one thing you keep overriding that was trying to protect you.
Signal
The read arrives first. You feel bad group, don’t engage before you can explain a single thing. [chat prompt] Type a time your gut called it dead-on and you ignored your gut anyway. What did it cost you — an afternoon, a year?
The Read
Here’s what kills the read — three habits. Benefit of the doubt. They’re better than me. That’s just how they are. All three got installed in you. The read occurred to you first. So the read wins. And the reason you let them in past the read is almost never bad judgment — it’s a gap in self-worth, which is exactly why this is a Square problem before it’s a people problem. [chat prompt] Which of the three do you reach for most?
The Bridge
On-air, that’s the teaching, free. Off-air is where we map the read to your actual chart and your actual patterns — where you keep overriding, with who. That’s the Signal Read, on the Zoom. Pinned.
Tally off / close
Honor one read this week. Don’t engage, don’t lecture, don’t stay to win. Go the other way — you love yourself too much to sit through the BS. Enter The Square.

Tally on / cold open
Welcome to Earth. Oracle Radio, live. Like the stream so it carries. Topic — honor the read.
Signal
You can call things when you see them and not know why. That’s intuition. That’s the superpower. [chat prompt] Drop a read you got on somebody that turned out dead-on — and how fast it landed.
The Read
The read is first, the reasoning is second, and most people throw the read away because the reasoning is late. Then the benefit-of-the-doubt habit finishes the job. Some people are trash — it’s not you, it’s them; they’ve got to go through the recycling plant. And manipulative people don’t wait, they seek — it starts with a medium, a phone, an inbox, a group you were both in, and next thing you know it’s years gone with nothing to show.
Dead air
[let it sit] Think about the time people lose to somebody they read correctly on day one. Sit with that before you give the next one the benefit of the doubt.
The Bridge
That’s on-air. The Signal Read — your patterns mapped, where the override fires — is off-air, on the Zoom up top.
Tally off / close
Honor the read. Don’t engage. Hold your head up a little higher this week and watch how much less they try. And next we get into the Bubble — what you let into your world at all. Enter The Square.

Topic + demand, on the read

Nine-step run · steps 1, 2, 4, 7

Tuesday’s how-to is reading people — trusting your gut on who to let in. Validate the lane: drop intuition, reading people, discernment, trust your gut into the IG search and watch what floods back. Post the question content first — pull the dreams, doubts, desires: “when did your gut call somebody and you overrode it?” That question makes them feel the problem they didn’t know they had.

Then answer with the what, not the how: the read arrives first, honor it, don’t engage. The how — mapping their actual override patterns — is the Signal Read, inside the offer. Carry the journey in Stories: the relationship or the group you read right and ignored. The messy middle is what makes people pay.

Script it the way it should be spoken

Packaging-first script system

Packaging first: the title and thumbnail pose the three questions — why you felt it first, why you talk yourself out of it, what it costs. BENS the package: Big, Easy, New, Safe. Then Hook, Setup, open the Loop (“the real reason you let them in is not what you think”) and delay it. Three points — the read arrives first, the three habits / some people are trash, honor the read — each one rehooked at the start, none paid off instantly. Pay the loop off at the end with the self-worth reveal, then end-screen into Wednesday (the Bubble).

Premium brand

5-attribute premium-brand system

Lane: aura plus rare — the calm willingness to say the blunt thing (“some people are trash”) nobody else will say cleanly. Data-driven creativity: validated topic, contrarian take (the problem is self-worth, not judgment). Violent volume, quality bar held. Repeated phrase conditioning — “the read arrives first,” “honor the read,” “don’t engage.”

Hold the room

Packaging-first script system, live

Open the read like a loop — pose “which of the three habits do you reach for” and let them sit in it before you resolve it. The dead-air beat is deliberate: let the cost of overriding a read land in silence.

Create a space — the DM

Nine-step run · step 3

The DM is the bridge. Reading-people content gets vulnerable replies — people confessing a read they ignored. Nurture like a brand-new puppy; build rapport before you offer anything, then point them to the paid space.

Coming soon → DM

Nine-step run · step 6

Close the live with “check your DM,” send the transformation pitch, foreshadow a testimonial from someone who started honoring their reads.

Wait list / FOMO

Nine-step run · step 8

ManyChat: trigger word, “is this what you want?”, capture the email before delivery, deliver a small gratifying freebie — a one-page “three overrides” checklist.

On-air is free recognition. The Signal Read is off-air — that’s the Zoom. Every live ends by naming that limit and routing here.
