Sunday’s how-to: how to actually love yourself when affirmations aren’t landing — reset and anchor for the week. Validate the lane: self love, reset, anchoring, do it shy into the IG search. Question content first: “can you say it every morning and still not believe it — why?” Makes them feel the gap between announcement and proof.
Answer with the what — proof not announcement, one action, transient never stuck — and keep the how (mapping where their proof is thin) inside the offer. Stories: the affirmations that didn’t work, then the one action that did. Tie it back to the Square.
Script it the way it should be spoken
Packaging first: the title and thumbnail pose the three questions — say it but not believe it, feel stuck with exits everywhere, how the grounded stay willing to move. BENS it. Hook, Setup, Loop (“one industry is built to keep you needing it”) delayed. Three points — proof not announcement, transient never stuck, you already made it — each rehooked, none paid off instantly.
